Guangdong Foshan Xieqi Apparel International Co., Ltd is a foreign trade company in China, which specializes in manufacturing high quality undergarments for European, USA and Asian markets. By 14 years of development, the company has grown up from small workshop to a medium-size enterprise and expecting to expand the Chinese market. It is operating 3 wholly owned factories in Foshan, Dongguang and Zhongshan respectively, with over 2000 employees.

GIW: You company have won success in the field of foreign trade business. Is there any secret?
A: since 1996, we have been engaged in foreign trade business. It is easy to make money from foreign trade at that time. So we’ve done very well. We have seldom done OEM because we mainly sold our own brand, Anfen, to international buyers. Anfen is our first brand established in 1997. And now, we have many brands. Lise Marie is another brand that we built two years ago to open up the Chinese market. Although inevitably affected by the RMB appreciation recently, our foreign trade business still goes on very well. So far, we have signed contracts with global buyers that manufacturing 60 thousand dozen piece of underwear in the upcoming 6 months. So, our exporting business develops in a fast and healthy way.
The success of our foreign trade business mainly attribute to 4 reasons.
Firstly, international buyers used to identify salesperson rather than brand and product in the wholesale market. In order to change their traditional view of following specific sales person, we created our own brand to let them better and easier identify our product and company. In this way, we can retain a large amount of loyal customers even though salesperson moves from one company to another.
Secondly, we produce as many hot sale products as possible and minimize customer’s risk. Because every customer wants to make money by selling out products and run business in a low risk way, we do our best to satisfy them. In this way, we’ve won new customers and retain loyal customers.
Thirdly, make a good manufacture planning schedule. Each customer should order in advance to better implement production scheduling. Only in this way can we produce lingerie in an orderly and smooth way.
Last but not the least, few stocks and low inventory cost. Unlike some domestic lingerie brands which have over hundreds of millions stocks, we have few stocks because our product sells very well.
